Here are notes relating to some of the things we have seen the Lord do ... 

~ ALL GLORY to the Lord ~ 

12 October 2002 - Parañaque 

1700hrs  Iris finds large quantities of blood in her urine - it increases to be a Very heavy discharge requiring her to go to the toilet to pass it every 2 minutes.   We go to a clinic with a sample, and they examine Iris but will wait till the next day for results of pathology tests before treating her.   Ian prays for her when we get home to bed.  During the night, she has to go to the toilet and is challenged as to what she thinks will be the outcome.  She believes she will be healed.   In the morning, she is totally healed.  

A gynecologist and pathology tests later confirm this to be true. Praise God !!

21 Dec 2002 - Mandaluyong

We went to a children's Christmas party in a squatters area in  Mandaluyong at the invitation of Iris's friend Nellie.
The kids were wonderful, and climbed all over the "alien" (Ian)

Ian :
Afterwards (when the kids had left), we went to see their church - about the size of a double garage, and before leaving, prayed for the three folk who took us there.   One lady was crying and said she felt "as though Moses had visited them"   { I am old - but not THAT old ! }

On returning to the "home" in the squatters area, I prayed for many adults as led by the Holy Spirit - Our God is awesome!   He showed many things wrong with adults - sicknesses etc.  One couple walked in and immediately I knew that one of them had a problem with the left hand side of the face.  I enquired and the lady said "oh - that's my husband", - he was healed after prayer.   Another lady entered, and immediately I knew she had a problem with her thyroid gland - this was confirmed.    We believe she will be healed, but have not confirmed it yet.

 One old lady said of Ian "he has very good hula"  ...  which roughly translated means "fortune telling / divining"  !!!   We put her straight on that fact - 1 Corinthians Ch 12

23 Dec 2002 - Parañaque

We gave a small Christmas party in the park for selected disadvantaged kids and mothers from the local (Eldorado) squatters area.

8 January 2003 - Parañaque

Ian :
Was "Required" to give the following letter to a neighbour - something I do NOT enjoy doing !   Subsequently, "all hell" has broken out around about her life.

Please excuse me for being so presumptuous as to give this to you. ( I don't often do this ! ) 
I am not wishing to intrude or pry, but you have "been on my heart" lately, and I hope that these scripture verses might mean something to you, and also encourage you …

Matthew 12:28 - 30
28. "Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.
29. "Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.
30. "For My yoke is easy and My burden is light."

Isaiah 40 28 - 31
28 Have you not known? Have you not heard? The everlasting God, the LORD, The Creator of the ends of the earth, Neither faints nor is weary. His understanding is un-searchable.
29 He gives power to the weak, And to those who have no might He increases strength.
30 Even the youths shall faint and be weary, And the young men shall utterly fall,
31. But those who wait on the LORD Shall renew their strength; They shall mount up with wings like eagles, They shall run and not be weary, They shall walk and not faint.

12 January 2003  (Sunday) - Mandaluyong

Ian : 
I was asked (after morning church) by the Pastor (Tres Serrano) to visit his father in hospital.  We were told only that he had just been taken out of the intensive care ward.  During lunch, I asked the Lord what was wrong with him - I received a sharp pain on the right hand side of my chest.   We visited, and after some private prayer in the ward,  I indicated to Tres that I thought his father had something wrong with his chest - he agreed that was correct.   I also had the impression that his blood was involved, and that I had to touch his feet - did not know why.   [Discovered later that he was diabetic, and victim of heart condition.]   

Tues morning :-  Received a text message saying that he had been discharged from hospital.

12 January 2003  (Sunday) - Parañaque

Ian : 
I was "required" to bring a word to a neighbour - I did not want to do it, as the word was
"Consider your ways" 

I eventually plucked up the courage, and asked her if I could pray for her and tell her what I believe I had been "told".   God is gracious - she accepted that it was a true word for her, and her whole life has since changed for the better, and she is now a much happier lady also.   Fortunately for me she now regards me as a friend !

13 January 2003 - Parañaque

Ian :
I was given a word for a friend of Iris.   I sent it by email ~

As I was praying, and thinking about you this morning, I had the following picture in the spirit :  I saw a carrot, lying on it's side, and it was sliced into discs.   I believe that the Lord would say to you that you have allowed yourself to become fragmented in the spirit.  That He would have you to lay aside those things which are not of Him.

She responded with amazement, affirming that it was timely and true. 

12 February 2003 - Parañaque

Iris has been telling others that Ian has a gift of healing ~

M (~ a 25yo lad who could not sleep for weeks) came from one of Iris' client companies for ministry.
Lord revealed some things, and we prayed for him.

27 February 2003  W (From that Company) and Husband R visited us and reported M was healed and slept the night of the ministry, and ever since has been fine.

25 February 2003 - Parañaque

Ian :
I was given a word (again) for a friend.    I felt that I was to wash her feet and pray for her.  She happily agreed - I warned her that this was DEEP ministry - no problem she said !!!

 - well ......  she sure found out what deep ministry was (many tears later).

I hope she has a revelation that God is real, and that He gives us a WILL or a WON'T.   

10 August 2003 - Parañaque   (Sunday)

Ian :  
I am now aware that when in prayer, sometimes I get "a pain", - then I see the face of a person ( in the spirit).    I had a chest pain, then saw the face of a man.    Also had a pain on the outside of my left knee and saw the face of a lady.   We approached both these folk on the street after the church service, and what I was shown was apparently correct in both instances .    Prayed for both of them for healing.

13-14 Sept 2003 - Parañaque   (Weekend)

We had a young family (S, E and I) stay with us after Iris and they returned from a retreat at Laguna

Prayed for the couple and the Lord revealed some things for them ~ they later testified in church 
- much to Ian's embarrassment. 

At church (Word International Ministries - Parañaque) ~ Lord showed Ian that a lady had something wrong with the LHS of her face - when approached she said YES - pray for me!  Apparently she had some hearing problem.

18 Sept 2003 - Parañaque   (Thursday Evening)

Ian :  
We went to a mid-week prayer and praise time in our local church.   Once again, the Lord was gracious and showed me specific and different health problems relating to 3 different men.   When asked privately about the specific thing, each affirmed that it was accurate, and received prayer.   

For one lady He showed me something that happened in her childhood (I saw a man sitting beside her as she lay on a bed - I believe that she was inappropriately touched ... )   I believe that she made a vow, even at that age, and that it has held her in bondage ever since.    I believe this was the key to her ongoing health and weight problems.

5 Oct 2003 - Parañaque 

The following testimony appeared in the Sunday church bulletin - somewhat to Ian's embarrassment.

My husband and I gave up our calling with our ministry and focused on our careers.  Four months at work, I got pregnant and was diagnosed for threatened abortion, I was bedridden. It was one of the most difficult events of my life ‑ sore back, leg cramps, I was weak and feeling totally incapacitated.  We left for Dasmarifias, Cavite after 2 spat living with my sister in law and my aunt.  We rented a humble place to make full use of single income and have some peace of mind.  Though partitioned by concrete walls, it was the smallest place I ever lived.  There, we were still not saving with no church to go, it was the most testing times of our lives indeed.

We missed serving the Lord so much over the years.  I, especially since I was left alone always with no one to share my thoughts with.  I was lonely and was feeling so pathetic of myself.  I so struggled to pick my feet up. I knew I had a business with the Lord left unsettled.  I knew my heart was not right with someone in the Church and I knew that was the reason why we cannot go back serving Him.

One night, God answered our 1^st prayer.  His uncle's `bodega' was made brand new for us.  He even had us rent it half of what we paid in the farther Cavite – 2^nd answered prayer.  He endorsed us to a Church in Alabang but we failed to feel God's prompting to commit there despite both our and that Church's efforts.  We were still apprehensive of everything.

One Sunday, we decided to attend Church in BLS.  With no worries to seeing the person I was running away from and no care about the controversies, we did not only enjoy being there but we felt so at home, as if we never left.  I should say, the inner part of me had jump started again.  With the conviction to be used by God in the ministry again, we struggled for answers on how to re­commit as other concerns arose.  So much worries where to sleep, how to sleep, where to eat and what to eat with the little money we have - we couldn't commit.  With our son in mind, we continued to pray about it.

Finally deciding to re-commit completely was by far the most supernatural experience of my 30 year life.  The way God addressed our questions were totally amazing!  Here it goes.

After attending a 3 day retreat in Majayjay Laguna free of charge, I was in the group with a fair, intelligent woman.  "Forgiveness" issues were tackled and exchange of short stories after and just before the discussion ended, I knew I had been released of my "forgiveness" problem with our investor.  My attending BLS Church again made me realize that the sting on issues with him had come to pass.  It was Sis. Lui Joson's words that made me realize that. That was liberating indeed!

The more awesome thing was that, the night we came home from retreat, Sis. Iris Byfield, also totally unfamiliar to us invited us to sleep over for the night.  The following morning before Sunday church service, her husband claimed that God had spoken to him with a message from the Lord.  Bro. Ian spoke words never had entered our minds.  Words nothing more than precise!  It was too exact!  Nothing was left to be questioned.  We broke into tears, extremely released, relieved ...freed.  With all plans surrendered, sense of freedom and no hint of anxiety, our 3^rd prayer was answered from Sis. Luis offer.  All for free, board and lodging !

Praise the Lord and Glory to God!  All those years, my stubbornness had left me in the dark.  Cold and detached.  I chose to do it the hard way, paid no heed to His calling to forgive and for that we struggled a great deal.  Having God in my heart was the only anchor I had left.  It was still strong though my boat was lost at sea.  I just couldn't let go of Him.  I love Him more that my life.  And to be His servant and once again be used for His kingdom is the only thing I know I am capable to give.

8 Oct 2003 - Parañaque

Ian:  I am reminded how lucky Australians really are, as I see the very young children (4- 5 yrs old) heading off to school at 5.00 - 5.30 AM in the morning.   They must have been awake since 4.00 AM.   I see little children around 5yrs of age carrying 10-20 litre water bottles back to their dwellings in the squatters areas.

16 Oct 2003 - Parañaque (Sunday)

Our maid Jocelyn, (who has been attending a church in another suburb for some months) surprises us by telling us that she will be baptized today.  She was previously a Catholic, but her mother is Pentecostal.

26 Oct 2003 - Parañaque 

See September 18th.  I chanced to meet Ps Ed's father - asked how he was.  He said that he was being healed, previously he had stomach pains and had to get up at least 4 times each night.  Now he was much better !

30 Nov 2003 - Antipolo (Sunday)

Ian:  Preaching and Praying for the sick  @  Zion of God, End-Time Church, Manalite Santa Cruz, Antipolo City

Day before we went to the church :
Lord had showed me the night before that someone had a problem in the area of the transverse colon, and a small child needed prayer for similar problems. 

Lord showed Iris a white bus us turning to the right.   But as I "looked" at it, I saw a road going to the left. 
I enquired of the Lord why Iris saw right and I saw left?
He enlarged the vision and I saw a bus in position "x", and the road and place was ALL darkness.

and back in position "y" there was a well lit road like a highway.   I shared this with Ps Eddie (only) before the service.   After we spent time in the church, it became more obvious what it all meant.   They are heavily involved in Branham studies etc.  Maybe they have run ahead of God - missed the direction.

Transit to the service:
All the way to church there was "pressure" like witchcraft about my head.  I shared with Ps Eddie what I was going to preach - before the service.
2 Chron 7.14 ("if My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land.") had been ringing in my Spirit for days, - they decided to sing a song about it at the end of the praise time, and Ps Eddie said they needed to pray more.

Alter call :
Two men came forward for prayer when I told them someone had pains across the front of the belly - below the belt ( - transverse colon region)
A young woman came forward - she suffered from seizures. Lord showed me a picture of a brain in which the 2 halves were separated by a gap.   I could feel the heat in my hands as I prayed for her.  She told me after the service that she was shaking after prayer - even after assuming her seat.   I discovered after the service, this girl was the daughter of Ps Eddie - the guy who had invited me to preach - without even having met me before.  [He told me at lunch that the Lord had told him earlier that there would be healing on Sunday.]
An old lady came forward, and started to fall when God's anointing touched her. Lord showed me she was 'empty / desolate'.  So afterwards, I prayed for her for restoration and she wept.
Two children were brought forward, for some reason I picked the second little boy up, cuddled and prayed for him.   [We were informed by phone on Thurs 6th Nov that his parents believed that this boy was healed - he had been so lethargic before - but was now a changed kid, running around and playing like all the others]

After Service :
After church service in Antipolo we were asked to pray for a sick lady at her home - wow, what an area / place - built in mountainous country, with walkways up-down and all around.   
The woman in the house "awoke" - like coming out of a coma after prayer and looked all around.
Lord showed me that there had been witchcraft / occult.   Apparently after praying a while, I rose up and said "enough" (because the pressure about my head became so great) and called the head of the house to repent for occult and witchcraft.    Apparently it was true ! 
The old man brought forward as the head of the house was the husband of the sick woman, and had been up the back weeping. [there were about 15-20 folk in the room]
She apparently cried out in Tagalog that she wanted to be released from the curse of the witch-doctor.
After repentance and prayer, the "pressure" left me.
I felt to instruct them (as we left) not to touch her - so God's anointing could remain with her.

When we arrived home :
I found out from Iris that the sick lady had TB of the bones and the doctors at the hospital had said there was nothing they could do for her and that she should be taken home to die, so that was why she had consulted a witch-doctor for healing. 

When our maid Jocelyn came home on Monday morning :
Jocelyn said that the whole place was very different during the service, normally on Sundays, kids ran around and people were restless, but this time you could have heard a pin drop!   Apparently, during the preaching, three of the young men in their 20's (at the front of the church in the worship team) were crying and went to the back of the church.
The family of the woman in the house were encouraged, because previously she never spoke or moved, but did so now, even encouraged just because she rolled over on her own and hugged her pillow.

In the afternoon (after we had left to go home), the church had apparently filled up with people wanting prayer for healing, and because they saw Jocelyn, they believed that we would still be there.
Pastor Eddie asked me (the following Tuesday) for 15 more copies of the sermon notes that I gave out.

13 Dec 2003 - Parañaque (Saturday)

While waiting for car repairs - boss lady (Faye) was obviously suffering from tooth ache on the right side of her face, prayed for her and she was healed within about 15 minutes.

15 Dec 2003 - Parañaque (Monday)

While waiting for the car to be repaired, I have pain on the Left Hand Side of the face - but the lady (Faye) had toothache on the Right Hand Side of the face - I don't understand ...

16 Dec 2003 - Parañaque (Tuesday)

I tell Jamal - a Muslim friend (the guard at the building which houses our church) - he says "IMPOSSIBLE"

Our maid Jocelyn has a friend - Michele, who has been doing it a bit tough lately.
I felt to send a text message Michele to encourage her that God is real - as follows : 

"Hi ! A pregnant lady @ car garage last Saturday with swollen face and toothache, can not take medication because she's pregnant.  Prayed for her. Healed 15mins later, - still healed! God IS Good !"

At 0834 hrs I received a reply from Michele:
 "Hi ! Sir, gud mrng 2.  Sir, how did you know that I have a toothache ?"

... Michele lives just around the corner from the garage.
I tell Jocelyn - "I bet Michele has toothache on Lower Jaw on Left Hand Side of her face.

Jocelyn and I visit Michele,  - guess where she has toothache -

I pray for her - and she too is healed !!!  (She's the monkey in the tree Pictures 2004 Page )

I "drag" (Muslim) Jamal to see Faye - she tells him the story in Tagalog language !  
Got him thinking !!!     Now I just can't seem to stop teasing Jamal -  IMPOSSIBLE huh ???

4 Jan 2004 - Antipolo (Sunday)

Ian praying for sick again in the church at Antipolo.  Wow, how amazing God is, - Lord shows many sicknesses, - and people come forward for prayer with each of the symptoms Lord has shown.

Michele advises she is still healed of the toothache (see 16th December).
Folk from our previous visit tell how the Lord had healed them - God is great ! 

7 May 2004 - Parañaque

Ian finds a melanoma on his right leg, and showed the girls.  (Previously had one removed by surgery).
Lay hands on it and pray - 2 days later it is GONE !

To GOD be ALL the Glory  -  thank you LORD
